Well how chuffed am im!

NOT!!!!

Rubbing down the inner arch in the garage, when the light bulb above my head went pop! glass all down my back!!!!
great! ran inside n tried to clean me back, 5mins later came back out n the fookin mattress the mini is lay on is on fire!!!
urghh!!!!!!

so i got the hose n put it out, but my drill and angle grinder are both knackered!!! worst of all id painted the underside of the car which is now burnt to a crisp!!!!!

why on earth the matress was on fire is another matter!!!!!

why me!!! lol!!!!

its just the front arches and bulk head thats affected! so i guess il just repray them!!!!!

Was your angle grinder left on the matress when it caught fire? Could be something to do with that?

well none of them were on i was using sand paper at the time!
but i guess its lcky in away as only the front to the bulkhead was affected! its just the mini that bothers me! maybe its a sign to put a flip front on! lol

i dont know but i know the electrics in the garage are crap!
My dad will find the problem when he gets in! (usually its something to do with the mini and me! unless i can hid all knowledge of it!)

after looking at the rust holes on the inner wings and spraying water all over the front end, i think im gonna look for a flip front! whos good for flip fronts?

the only friction i can think of that involves a matress has bugger all to do with a sander,lol

crumbs! that could of been really messy, although if it was a few weeks earlier it would of saved alot of effort with removing underseal

It was probably the white hot filament from the exploding light bulb that started the fire :(
