and they slowly built house around it over severall years

Guess what ? they these peeps got togeather and gave the locall council some Bongo!

Hi,
After closing all the tracks, they'll be complaining of people racing on the roads!
More stupid rules ... There's a bill going through parliament that all off road motorbikes will have to be registered and display a number plate at all times!
To get it registered you need to get it taxed, MOT'd/SVA'd and insured!
Try doing that with a Moto GP bike!

i reckon they should of signed somthing when they moved in to the houses around rockingham!
somthing like they know its there and they carnt complain unless it changes so much that its causing alot of agro.
i would love to live near a race track! i would try and get discount etc and go there every other weekend!!
some people have no sence of adventure have they!!

i thought rockingham was a recently built track, was it just refurbished or something then?

Yeh, just a few years old, built on the old steel works site, I believe.

I haven't heard about it closing though and I'm local.
