If i wanted to make up something like this in the pic for my metro rad which sit's at the front... could i use Alloy Joiners ?
Would it stand the heat from the water.. could someone lighten me up abit more on this pretty please :) or better still, give us some advise on best option.. thanks alot..

yes no worries with alloy

dont go too thin walled as it may crush

Hi,
They'll be fine. You may find Merlin Motorsport cheaper. Just measure the pipe stub sticking out of the rad and away you go.

Hi Bat,
Say i have all the hose pipe's at 32mm.
Would it be best to have the Joiner's at The same size, or 1 or 2mm bigger.. Thanks alot
