Water Heated inlet manifolds.

I thought the whole idea was to get the air cold and dense as possible into the engine, so why heat it?

Secondly do you really need to plumb it in?

I think...and I have a limited knowledge...mainly to heat the fuel for better mixture. Only a guess though. Problably more chemistry to that

Hi,
If you use your car in the winter, or have a large intercooler and do long motorway runs you should connect it.
Carb icing isn't nice!
Don't believe what you read on other BB's *wink*
I'd connect mine if I had one :(
