Hi,

Does anyone have a picture of the small ND alternators installed? I searched and found one of Fastcarl's rear engine, awesome but I am looking specificaly for how people have adapted or made the bottom mounting bracket to fit in a "normal" car.

At the moment the only way I can seem to get mine to fit is by having it at such an angle that the mounting lug sticks out almost as far as the original one, the reason for changing is to get a bit of space in there for a front mounted rad.

I would appreciate any pictures you may have to give me some ideas on how you guys solved this problem.

Many thanks

Hi,
I had a look at fitting one on mine, have you tried turning the adjusting bracket round so the slot is on the alternator.
You may need to make a new adjusting bracket.
It was a while ago, hope that helps?
Cheers,
Gavin :)
