yes i use the clubman set and i have to use the standard 1st gear, this is what make it a bit cheaper Best 1/4 mile 13.2 seconds @116 mph

The reverese idler must also be changed. The Clubbie kit retains the standard first gear and reverse gear. However, the ST kit has got three laygear bearings. Vegard, is the 3 bearing kit you are saying about the "Pre" A+ gear kit?

the clubman set seems to cut the mustard, up to power figures around 200 bhp
