just a quick question, can i go out and play in my mini now if the numberplates in my back rear window? not finished it yet so the letters are still lose so dont want to attatch it to the boot yet.

This is a mute point in eurpoe. Arguably you would be OK during the day as long as the number is clearly visible but its a no-no at night as it has to be illuminated. Bat probably has the answer for the old bill

cannot add anything further, just make sure it is not obstructed and make sure it dont fall over or u will get done for failing to display registration mark.
