[Rant]
T Mobile Bunch Of Cnuts! I recently changed to
T mob, I used the Street check which told me I'm in a good signal area, so no problems.
Not so, keep getting problems with calls cutting out, and people can't get me.
I rang them up told them the problem, they said yes you will get that you're in a poor signal area, WTF!
They apologised for the website being incorrect and told me it would be £300 to cancel the contract.
Not a happy chappy, be warned BOC!

Stop paying the bill and let them take you to court, I reckon you've a good case.

i would do as tom says.
im sure they will reconsider there crappy policy if you say youll take them to court!

Do what I did with another mobile phone company.

Contact Ofcom say you have tried every other way but they have just been rude to you.
Also say that when you threatened to report them they said Ofcom never did anything.
I had a call from their Chief Executive within 24hours.

I got a refund for the period of the complaint and for the 6 months preceeding it.

Funnily vodafone reckon my house is a strong signal area but there is no signal here what so ever

I am going to have to pop by sometime as I can't believe that!!!! Never found anywhere I can't use my Vodafone. You said your not far from RAW Engineering didn't you? I have full signal there!

Gavin, that sounds like calculated mis-selling .... there is a law against that!

Point it out ot them next time your on the phone! Maybe suggest to them that you should get watchdog to tell everybody that ....

strange this! i have been with t mobile for years. i'm in the arsehole of the earth (falklands!) and i have a signal!!!!!!!

My Voda signal is piss poore at my house (slap bang in the middle of Macclesfield).

My missus has even more problems with her Orange phone. I suspect that it is her phone that is duff though.

Have you got any mates on T Mob who could check their signal against yours? Could be a duff phone, what is it?

Some phones do vary at my house ive got a razor v3 thing on O2 and cant get a signal up the road from here but yet my mate has a nokia 3210 and he has full signal?!?! not too sure whats going on with that.

Mind you with TMOB I have phoned them up when i was on a contract to cancel it because they broke a contract and started charging me more than they should on a ufix?

Basicly they politly told me to fuck off when I said about canceling it!

when i drove a 10" wheeled Mini last it felt insane !
