Just brought my estate home from the garage where its had an MOT, 2 track rod ends, the tracking and a new manifold fitted.

take it to another garage to check the tracking again. if it is right they shouldnt charge you but check first.

yep, theyve probably cocked the tracking up,

any idea what setting i should be asking for... asying i only have the djustable tie bars and obviously the tracking... |

There is a problem here. I have never found a garage that has geometry equipment that will fit 10" wheels. The is, therefore, no way that they could have measured it.
