Will i need an uprated needle?

This thought just struck me today. Im am going to be running a standard metro turbo engine with an intercooler, dump valve and an in car adj boost valve.

Will prob run it at about 7psi maybe 8. Will the standard needle do the job or will i need an uprated one? Also should i uprate the dashpot spring?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi,
I'd guess the standard stuff would be ok on 8psi.
However a guess is no good, getting it on the rollers for a proper setup is the only way you'll get it right.
