I have been browsing ebay, and I know 1275's go for silly money sometimes from these people. But how can a basic service and a coat of paint add 150 quid value to a 998 engine?

A complete running engine which is unleaded for 150. Why not? The heads go for 70 on Ebay as well... On 13th Jul, 2012 Ben H said:

Im getting really pissed off with the prices that mini bits go for on ebay especially shiny things and clear lights. A set of clear rear lenses went for £15!! Thats stupid. you can get them new cheaper. People, especially some mini enthusiasts will pay ridiculous amounts for mini parts.
