Hi,
Have you got oil in the water or water in the oil?
Any misfiring, done a compression test?
Any spark plugs looking clean and shiney?
Can you smell anti-freeze in the exhaust with the engine running? Assuming you've got anti freeze in the cooling system....
Pressure testing only checks the head when it's cold, if the crack opens up when the head is hot the pressure test won't find it.
Did you have the head skimmed last time?
Cheers,
Gavin :)

Hi,
If you've got water getting into a cylinder it acts like a steam cleaner, so you'd have a clean plug, piston top and combustion chamber *wink*
What colour smoke?
Cheers,
Gavin :)

Hi,
Well that'll be the problem!
As for the cause, thats a different matter, I can't see a stuck valve causing the HG to go. Check valves and pistons for contact marks. Turn the head upside down and spray a load of WD40 in each chamber, see if it leaks out from anywhere. Put the plugs in first *wink*
Cheers,
Gavin :)

Check the surface of the block between cylinders 2 and 3. Mine kept blowing and it was down to an uneven block face.

Hi,
If the WD leaks out, it's because the valves are not sealing properly.
They could be bent or the valve seats in the head damaged / burnt.
Cheers,
Gavin :)

Mine did the same, 2 gaskets on a row, build up of carbon between the cylinders, I just went over the block lightly with chisel stone and oil to take off any high spots, not had any trouble since.
