Just built up a Minispares x pin diff and it's very tight. Tried different fibre washers on the output shafts and different output shafts and whilst it gets better with different combinations, it still doesn't turn freely.

I had a similar problem with my normal diff with all new parts.

Should also add that when it came to build the x-pin for the 998 turbo, I used a good set of used output shaft thrust washers.

As above - similar problems with Antmans when it was reconned with new bevel gears etc - used thrusts were the asnwer.

Was just in the process of trying used thrust washers on the planet gears and it turns freely now.
