i am very sure i have an air leak some, i can hear it when it comes on boost and wont go over 4/5 psi, it was working fine just last week, since then i have had the head off, does anyone have any tips of how to find it without taking the carb off again, if thats whats needed then i will do, but is there another way? like finding an air leak in the manifold, the revs rise if you spray WD40 on the hole:) this doesn't seem to work, on the other side of the carb butterfly.. lol

Aye that's what I'd go for- washing up liquid in warm water, brush it onto any suspect parts and see if you get bubbles. Use this on aircraft... except it's called sherlock and hideously expensive! There is no sense crying over every mistake- you just keep on trying til you run out of cake. |
