the one i have has different connection layout, but when i looked really close it eas marked up , is that one, you may not need to connect all the small wires ,i didn't,

I have no idea Nic, it was an ebay bargain. All I do know its off a Mini Excavator.

My advice is to get the pikey that robbed it to go back get the plug too "Turbo's make torque, and torque makes fun"

I wired mine up one the weekend. The same way as the pic dave posted shows, works great.

Depends on how hard you loading them jimster. Generally not HOT HOT.......more kinda, warmish.
