hi , i install a t2 turbo, morespeed turbo head and hif 44 at my 998, finally i got my car start, but it don't have boost in my turbo , please help

You won't get boost unless you put the engine under load.

i drive up to 5000rpm , and still have no boost ???

Is the wastegate jammed open?
Does the turbo turn freely when the engine isn't running?

Even driving on the road at 5k with only part throttle won't see much in the way of boost on a boost gauge.

I have always found that reving the engine with all then compressor pipes off and my hand over the outlet of the compressor gives a good indication of the turbo working or not.

At idle, if you get a mirror down near the compressor intake, you should see it turning quite happily. Won't be fast - it'll be doing at least 300rpm- but it will be turning.
If it isn't turning, then turn the engine off and see if you can turn the shaft between your fingers by reaching into the compressor housing.

If it feels good, then maybe, you have a 0.63 A/R turbine - or larger??? This barely works with a 1380, so a 998 will definately struggle.

Even on my supercharged car you can drive up to 5000rpm without seeing any boost.

Just don't put it under load, it'll be a slow trip to 5 grand but the boost guage won't show anything, I've found, in top gear at 60kph, put your foot down pretty hard, boost should come on, as it would be under load. Turbo might be different, but similiar I reckon.

the wastegate is close , i take out my intake and saw the turbo turning , then i connect the tubro gauge,at idle my car has no vacune . around 3000 rpm i got 6-7 in.hg . when i drive up to 4500-5000 rpm , i only have 1 psi boost .

I think your gauge is no good, either that or you've got a huge hole in the inlet manifold! *wink*
You should have around 20 in.hg at idle
Is your cam timing correct?

i take it youve got the compressor housing piped up to the plenum

What did you do for the t2? did you need to flip the actuator tab around?

my gauge is good , i remove the gage from my 05 cooper s and it work very well

Sold the turbo and seeing what the C20XE can do!

Near Lincoln

Have you plumbed it in to the one way valve on the inlet? if so it wont work properly.

^^ That's a good point, where have you conncted the gauge to. Sounds silly, but you never know.
