i would like to do it like this above flywheel housing

turbo-t3
turbo fuel pump
fuel regulator
hif 44 carb

oil feed lines

Hi,
Welcome :)
I think the Recon Metro T3 are the same AR as the RST, so maybe?
Lowering the CR, well that'll depend on how much boost you want to use.
Oil feed comes from the oil pressure switch hole in the block.
Oil return goes into the mechanical fuel pump hole normally, but you'd probably use the breather hole on the top of the clutch housing.
Have a look / search the site, all the answers should be there for you :)
Cheers,
Gavin :)
