Quick question? Any idea what thermostat i should get to keep things nice and cool on a standard turbo engine.

i'd go for a 74 in the summer.

Not really on a road car, the engine will take longer to warm up.

yeah thats what i found aswell, binned mine and went back to a normal stat.

Sold the turbo and seeing what the C20XE can do!

Near Lincoln

I've put a stat in mine, 74 i think and it seems to be fine.

I might be going but im not sure. If i have time i will op up but i aint got the mini on the road yet so it wont be there unfortunately. I take it your going?

Just ordered a 74 thermostat.

Benross, do you mean change the oil every 1500 miles max?
