is there any possible way of changing the scuttle panel without removing wings etc?

Agreed - i've done this in the past but it is a hell of a lot of hassle and takes far longer that removing the wing, doing it properly with good access to the closer and then fitting a new wing again. It will never look right either

gutted i got mint wings and front panel but my scuttle is bubbling round the screen

Hi,
If it's only bubbling, you might be able to treat it or cut out the rusty bits and weld new metal in. Rather than change the whole panel.
