Hi Guys

I am hoping to start engine for first time in the next week or so. When I do and before I get chance to get to a rolling road, what is a safe ignition timing setting to go for, should I just use factory default? I have Phase 2 cam and MK1 dizzy.

Cheers Rich

Hi,
Check fuelling, this is probably more important.
Too much fuel will glaze the bores and it'll smoke for ever more *surprised*
Cheers,
Gavin :)
