intercooler pipes look ok. should work fine.

whys your dumpvalve signal pipe go inside the car?

no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

Looks good ,

I would consider a splash guard for air filter in the wet between the road wheel and filter if you are out in the rain or you will get a water injection you didnt order lol *smiley*

Ps I guess its a clubby front based on the intercooler position ??

Is that a 4wd cossy cooler ???*smiley*Should be good for lots of bananas *happy**happy*

Cheers

im not sure, i know the heads not std though as the chambers have been de-beaked, (made into a D shape if you know what i mean). std cam, pistons, and rockers though.

i got the engine second-hand in bits and fitted new mains, bigends, rings, chain, and followers. suppose should've done more research, but just cant wait*laughing*

If you time it up for 98 ron fuel and about 10 - 12 psi of boost, with good timming you could expect between 120 - 140 bhp, but be sure the bottom end can take it......

As alex b says, unless you have upgrade the diff and drops you will have to be mechanically simpathetic.i.e not balls out 1st gear st offs....*smiley*

Rebuilt standard box but like I say, save the lead foot for 3rd and fourth.....*smiley*To be honest you will enjoy the torque with the cossy cooler more at high speeds anyway...*smiley**smiley*
