Hi. I recently brought a turbo engine with a home-made exhaust manifold. Not being an expert on turbo's im after your thoughts as to whether this would work ok?
Also i have been told the turbo i have is a T2 unit from a renault 5, can anyone confirm this from the pic? Also could anybody tell me what the 2 highlighted pipe connections are for? Thanks

Sold the turbo and seeing what the C20XE can do!

Near Lincoln

its got the same fittings everywhere as mine that came from a maestro turbo did. its of a 2.0td i think it is, from the maestro/montego.

fine for a road turbo mini.

Cheers. Could you tell me what the two pipe connections are for on the end of the turbo? (on the left side) Do they need to be blanked?

Hi,
If you're clever I think you could use them with a solenoid for 2 stage boost. Personally just block them off.
Cheers,
Gavin :)
