as i am a truck driver doing european transport, been talking to boss and work mates, the foot and mouth disease has put a stop to our export work 3 trucks turn round at dover brought lambs back to scotland about 3500 lambs, been told there is another 5000 lambs at abatior for slaughter, even though i on sick leave for 5 weeks, there talking of a four day week, the industry never fully recovered from the last foot and mouth outbreak

Hi,
That's a bugger. I do a bit of truck driving myself and was thinking about in the impact on the hauliers when I heard about the outbreak.
