I'm collecting bits, but the other way round - turbo into supercharger.

In my opinion, the best way to get usable boost over 30psi.

The other way round would not achieve high boost because of the positive displacement of the supercharger. The turbo, as it spooled up, would take over from the supercharger rather than add to it.

I'm also going down this route, although i've reverted back to the suck through supercharger for the summer and will continue with the turbo/supercharger route after coombe track day on the 29th.
The supercharger will be front mounted with the distributer replaced with a coil pack and the filter and alternator relocated.

Ditto.

And a clubman front to house two THS intercoolers.

Good link and not overly expensive.
I have not done anything about intercoolers at this stage and will probably get things up and running without one.

Too risky - the air is going to be very hot after two stage compression - even with efficient compressors.

High likleyhood of detonation.

Arn't we all!

I've tried to resist going the 16v route but have not ruled it out.
I'm not sure how much power is achievable with injectors and siamesed ports.

Its only to get things up and running, the coolers are a quite easy retro fit.
Controlling the rc servo driven throttle body/vent correctly is the greater concern at this stage.

Why not use something a little more robust, like a window regulator unit, or a headlamp up/down unit off a mx5 or similar?

Is this for the blower bypass?

I'm planning on using a vacuum driven actuator.

Yes its for a blower bypass.
The rc controller is a fast acting high torque unit and they control on 0-5v which I believe can be out putted from the megasquirt to image the TPS input.
