Guys this is getting silly!

Bat's sig for example is over a page (of my screen) long!!!

Is anyone else bothered or is ti just me?

pesonally I don't like any photo's in sigs, text it fine, but I foind the photo's too distracting from the thread, or am I just getting old?

I agree with jim on this one, plain old text is best, its one of the main reasons i like this forum.

Personally i dont mind a little pic, so long as its relevant towards your project and not too big!

end of the day i just have them switched off. if there is a comment about one being funny they go on for 5mins

helps for work as others have said, saves anybody getting upset with photos etc on my dinner

Its a fair comment guys, please think carefully about your own sig and edit as you see fit, if there are any which I consider are too big I may edit some slightly.

I think small photos help identy the user (well it does for me )

I'll even reduce mine as a start

oh - for me, Avaar pics are for those who need to make up for inadaquacies (sp?) elsewhere. Bigger the pic, bigger the inadequacy.
