I've got five 998 cranks, three of which i need to pull from the engines, but i know the two on the shelf are in excellent condition.

If your mate is after a replacement *wink*

I've also seen it on a stock 998.

I think too many 998s are owned by kiddies know don't know how to look after an engine.

Or those who recon you can rev the standard 998 to 7500rpm simply by advancing the cam a couple of degrees, yes thats right, there is some one who recons this actualy works, lol, and he FUBAR'd the engine as well.

i've seen a few miglia/7 cranks snap but the last bog standard engine with a snapped crank i saw was about 16years ago at Vmax and that was aledged to have been a runner.
