...And taken a picture of a compressor wheel?

I'm interested in what the 'side profile' (or rear) looks like... All we usually get to see is the area once the compressor housing is removed of course.
I though Robert had posted pics, but can't find any?

i remanufacture turbo's in my job actualy, but i dont think we have any 15's recently
plenty of 25's from landrover wolfs T35's ect also do holsets etc

A very important feature, is the depth of the compressor.

Borg Warners new stuff features what they call "Extended Tip Technology", which largely covers this.

More airflow, much greater pressure rations, for a similar diameter wheel. There arent too many downsides to a setup like that.

speed didn't kill me, but taxation probably will

I'm guessing its not just a change in tip height - its a change in 'total height' - referencing the picture in the third post???

I did have a link a while ago with info on them, but cant seem to find it.

Borg Warner/Schwitzer make them. Although not sure they go down as small as something that might be of use on a Mini..unless you were aiming for 300+
