dont look much like the Mg pistons ive had my hands on, they look like standard LC to me, slotted skirt,

The part number comes up as pistons for the NA MG engine, not the turbo engine.

I emailed the seller ages ago about these and they wern't too clued up about what they were.

I will get a set if anyone can clear up the following. Do they have oil slots or oil holes and can they be dished to that of a standard turbo piston?

Standard NA bat, but if they are Gen Rover MG items they will be very good quality.

they will have a slot approx 19mm long.

I won't bother then, I was planning to turbo them.
