does any one know the rate of the springs that come with standard height spax coilover shocks, or give a reconmendation on a good spring rate, have i beam of course all interior,m13 inch wheels and about 1 and a half inch between wheel and metal arch bit cheers "Can I legally marry people now that I am ordained in the Church of the SubGenius?" aka i know jack sh"t

Assuming rear shock 125 as Nic says, front shocks are a lot more about 300 to 350. Isambard Kingdom Brunel said:
