Hi,
I'm after the drive end bracket for a Mini starter motor. That's the alloy one on the end of the starter that fits into the flywheel housing. If you have a dead starter or the bracket please get in touch :)
Here's a picture of where to find the part number if your not sure it's mini or metro :) Part number is 54291741

Mine was unfortunately destroyed in an argument with a combine harvester *surprised*
Cheers,
Gavin :)

Presumably they will be different for Mini and Metro - it must be this part that determines where the solenoid sits in realtion to the mounting bolts?

Hi,
Spot on Graeme, I think the metro number ends with a 9, not got it in front of me at the mo.
Fairly easy to swap the brackets over *wink*
Cheers,
Gavin :)

I had a Metro one on mine until recently. It only just clears the bodywork at the front of a round nose.

The Metro one is 90 deg in relation to the engine and the Mini one is about 45 and gives lots more clearance..

In the 13's at last!.. Just
