lol! metros were bought by old people who didnt drive them!!! i got hold of one (c plate vdp) last year with a 55k on it, got every stamp in the book, every mot since new etc..... theyre still quite a few out there if you look hard enough....... And on the 7th day........... God created turbochargers! |

Thing is that there are not many alternatives left now to ebay. A mate I had the last 2 1275 engines from my local breakers in the summer. Not many metro's left to buy either.

That's the problem, as supply dries up the price goes up.

I think a Metro will be a good investment. :) You UK-boys are scrapping them yust to get the engines, and then take it out to 1380 at the first rebore..
