forget tape and a junior hacksaw, the teeth still grip, shread and flare the ends.

I will go with joey this is what i do when making hydraulic pipes! i wish i had found the 1mm thick discs when i did the welding on my mini! |

make sure you clean out your hose when you have it all assembled it. |

multi tool cutters (like the dremmel) work a treat. If you want a nice finish put a bit of heat shrink tubing over it after.

Going to get some 1mm cutting discs tomorow and see how i go, yes am daft but hopfully not daft enough not to clean it out afterwards, shouldnt need the heatshrink as am putting fancy goodridge fittings on !. Just need to drill and tap my reg now (not looking forward to that).

Got my cutting discs today , got some of it done and just to let you no its loads better than the hacksaw.

Or buy a set of pukka tube cutting shears. They work a treat, and you have confidence of no crud in the line.
