i made an adaptor and put it in the sump plug hole but i guess its not ideal |

you can either drill and tap your sump, or if your lazy like me you can use a sandwich that goes between your oil filter and housing, that has 4 holes for whatever you may need. On 15th of Apr, 2007 at 09:08pm Vegard said:

that would work but you wont have the magnet on the end, i have just fitted a inline one to the filter, ms used to sell the mocal unit always looking for them bigger bunches of bannanas |

P.s. i wouldn't mind a sump plug with the magnet, and the sensor on the end. be easyer for me..

wow, no i have a inline mocal unit which fits from the block to the filter housing, but to be honest you would be better of with the sandwich plate as its only a few quid more and looks better to.
