Painfull I didnt realise they where that much arrgh!! Is it only the front ones you have minikid?

Yeah I've got hi-los i was thinking whats to stop be from just raising the height if they have collapsed abit.

What about the spring rate though? I thing they are all worn differently? Would have thought this would fook things up handling wise? :s

Ideally they want replacing. New would be the best option as technically you should replace them every 8 years (I think?)
But if your short on funds adjusting them up would get you by till your feeling flush
