It hit 20 degreesC today here in Philly, sun was out, all the local Harleys were all out blasting up and down the roads and I was outside tonight firing up the Barbie.. Luverly!

Only problem was No Mini to drive, pistons are taking ages...

Average high here in Jan is 4 degrees...

this 20deg C ........ is this a freak or is it steadily rising year by year ?

Yeah, it is very warm over here in PA. Just last week it was 11F in the morning and yesterday it was 62F.

just a light frosting of fluffy whites today. dunno about temps but id say about 16 or 17 C which is high for january

We used to BBQ in the Northeast winter, bloody great oil drum, cook the food as quick as you can then fill it with wood and huddle round, you only have to remember to rotate whilst you eat otherwise your back gets frozen and front gets cooked!!

I also remember waterskiing in Hartlepool Harbour in December! Not a real Geordy myself but having lived up there I guess it rubs off on you.

BTW its still warm here and no thats not normal.
