thaks a lot for the nice comments , the engine is a metro turbo , i would to change the cam but i dont know with one?

What cam? NA (ie non turbo) MG metro is a good one, or Swiftune SW5 or Kent 266.

That might be a bit too big. An NA MG cam should be easy to get hold of.
