I'm sure that looks like a turbo dizzy i had once, with all the electric gumbings removeed from the top half. Best 1/4 mile 13.2 seconds @116 mph

I have just noticed what looks like another number in that pic, I'll have to look again. I have access to a dizzy tester, so could confirm that that number indeed relates to the max advance.
