Rover 200/400 stalks wiring

I'm currently fitting a set of these to my car, now i'm jsut trying to work out what does what.

I've just about got it sussed apart from the wipers. Although a nice diagram wouldnt go a miss!

right from the attachment the indicators and head lights seem straight forward (although what is that earth for?)

then for the wipers

wipers off:

14-16 - On

wipers intermittent

14-16 - On
11-12 - On

wipers slow speed

14-17 - On

wipers fast

13-17 - On

Then i cant get the window washer to do anything pulling it towards me

then the momentary down i get the same as slow wipe.

so my guess is 14-16 is the park switch? i'm not bothered about intermittent wiping, to be honest its hardly going to be used in the rain but i want it to be legal.

i'm sure the ones i've put ?? in must be something to do with the wash wipe but i've tried all the combos and cant seem to get them to do anything, it isnt easy holding everything and moving it though!

any help??
