On standard engines I've never really bothered balance stuff much. However, yesterday I took a set of std 998 rods to balance. Just to check the factory balance so to speak.

On the subject of balancing. I haven't seen it for awhile, but is it still good to balance cranks with clutch, pulley as an assembly rather than just the crank alone. Maybe talking crap & dreamt about it! On 19th Jan, 2010 wil_h said:
