a month ago my neighbour knocked and asked if they could get access though my garden for a mini digger, i agreed and last week i got a skip cleared out all the dead shit that i had previously killed off and the remains of the old shed and fencing i pulled out the end of summer, i also got a truck from work and moved my camper to the yard at work to give more access

now as stated i am not precious about my garden and outside of my house has been neglected while i sorted the inside but .....

I'd start with a quiet word with the neighbours in question, point out the shit and corruption everywhere and request that they ask the builders to have a tidy and sweep up pronto as a start.
