after stripping my 1100 engine it has a piper 285 cam anyone know the specs of them, mines been used with a duplex timing chan on the standard timing dots

I put a 285 in a small bore once and it was rubbish. thw 256 is a good turbo cam.
Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

I would use a mild cam for a turbo, i use the kent 266 in a 1380 and its seems great so would also recommend the 256. Take advantage of the turbo set-up and have a nice tick over and smooth off boost driving, they still make the power:) -MINI CLUBMAN 1380 TURBO- |

D well happy but i dont know the spec of that either, anyonehave experiance of driving with either cam as i've not drivin with either
