financial situation has put my mini on the line, iam guaging interest in it. looking for 3k as it stands (ni on complete)

ground up resto on the shell (see me build thread)
mini is Gelb yellow with white roof, has done zero miles and is dry stored. mk1 2 bootlid and lights, crystal clear front lights, has sunroof, removable metal front end and composite bonnet, genuine rover sportspack arches and 13 x 7 superlights with 4 brand new tyres. interior is two leather / composite backed sparco ultra seats with 4 point harnesses, and it has a siz point cage with diagonal and door bars. home made chequer plate dash and door cards., gas adjustables and hi los on all four corners, and adjustable tie bars on the front. 4 pot callipers on turned down discs so 10" wheels fit (servo assisted) rear drums with minifins.

engine (1275 turbo built by me and Benross) running phase 2 cam it has had alot of work done to it (see build thread)
2 x T3 turbos the manifold has been matched to the head and the elbow is ported and pollished to 56mm (biggest to date apparently) also full works Benross head.
Gearbox is full straight cut challenge set with brand new second gear ! engine needs sc drops a clutch and flywheel to be completed. comes with 2wd cossie intercooler and 4wd cossie intercooler (also brand new chiquachento front rad)

comes with turbo dizzy and megajolt setup (i am waiting for the bracket from Tom but this would be included in the sale)

things that need doing - back brake cylinders !
tank fitted and a host of niggly jobs the hard bits are done just the lil bits to do !!

the car is 1964 "B" which is on permenant export from DVLNI I have the export certs v5c but not the V5 this can only be obtained once a valid MOT has been completed then you can tax the car and DVLA will issue the V5 to the owner.

it pains me to float this on the market i have come so far with it it is 90% done and it has taken alot (and i mean ALOT) of money to get it this far over 3 years


at this stage iam gauging interest iam not trying to shift it fast infact iam reluctant to sell it, but if it does go it needs to go for 3k or more if ure flush, or it dont go full stop ! (not worth me while if you catch me drift)

i'm sure you want it to go somewhere where you dont hear of it again! i know i would in a way if it was me.

to be fair i would rather it stayed on TM that way i could see it go, bad things being if changes were made i didnt agree with, but at the end of the day if it gets bought it 8nt mine no more. iam truely gutted, but its out of my hands family comes first, it has sat there for a few months and i dont have the cash to finish it off.

sorry to hear it mate but if it has to go it has to go, you can always get another mini when your in a better posistion.

BUT youve got to finish it to get a good price mate if it dont need much get it finished. unfinished projects dont tend to sell for to much mate.

oh and imo it needs mot and you need to get the v5 this may put people off.

Don't sell it, I'll give you a list of internal organs that you don't really need.

Obviously only you can decide what needs to happen. But to put it into context, £3k can be had as a personal loan over 3 years for £90 a month. Is it really worth selling your Mini for £90 a month? Only you can decide mate, but think carefully about it.
