well after my car has been at the coachworks sitting in the rain for over a month, i asked the owner if i came in and prepped it, could i get the job done at a fraction of the cost, and would Paul with his 31 years of experience teach me how to spray paint :)

Oh if anyone has a spare roof liner let me know as the back part of mine two of the plastic pips on the rods have snapped :(:(:(

Keep up the good work it will be worth it .... BTW - I took my buddy VTEC Pete out for a spin this weekend, and even though I am running her in, he gave it a name, the "Brocket"...cause I'm a brocket maaannn, nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah....

well the car was super late getting into the booth, patterson ford had f***d up a shipment of cars so Paul was banging em through to get em rite prior to dispatch am tommorow !!!!!!

the car is only getting outside done, i did the inside myself. cost was 400 if they did all the prep so wont be much i hope, they are a great bunch of lads !

forgot to mention guys as of 1St June 07 you will no longer get solvent paints. 2k can only be used on commercial vehicles and the color list is shite ! iam told the paint stores for 2 years so u may want to stock pile some. good news is peeps are selling devilbiss GTI guns off cheap and there is no need !! paul uses one he paid 70 quid and changed the nozzle but reckons they are great, they do put the base coat on a lil bit thick, but it dont effect the finnish, worth bearing in mind

well i went in today to see what the crack was, and paul had boxed on with the job the shots taken were 5min after paint going on. the roof needs keyed back and the diamond white put on, all in all it should look sweet. Pick her up Tuesday after she has baked and hardened, then i get to put the shiny shit back on !!

should mention the yellow looks different in real life there was still shit loads of particles in the air, and me shite camera phone strikes again ! will take some digi's on Tuesday once i get the shiny bits on in the sun

well got her back today, noticed a bit rippling in the drivers door, on the shoulder, may end up putting race roundals on until i can afford to get it right. i have to take it back when i get it built and he will polish out any imperfections. i am trying to upload me pics but photobucket is being a bell end !
