My boss at work got me thinking recently.He was in a get-to-know-the-troops mood and started asking me about my hobbies and such.And I said I'm into cars and thats about it really.Which appeared to really surprise him so he started getting on my case blah blah blabbety blah.

Anyway this got me wondering,what sort of hobbies do all y'all have?I know you're all car freaks but what else?

I used to build model planes but gave it up when I realised that all that time and money was just not worth it if the things just end up on a shelf getting covered in dust.I also play a couple of computer games but only occasionally.Other than that cars are practically all I think about,Minis in particular.

Is this just me or is this a widespread disease?

Ive really only got into minis in the last year tho i always wanted one when i was younger. spent load of money on other cars that i had.
I have aways had boats from an early age.And now have taken up diving about a year and 1/2 ago. Its all money

I'm stupid Ive A fiesta with most of the bits to make my megajolt thingy. Thick or what!!!! OHHHHH and ive got a metro for free !!!!! Metros have become rare over here!!!!!!!!!

As well as the minis I partake in a bit of rock climbing, and have started to catch the snowboardin bug. Used to ride Trials untill I broke my wrist.

My main hobby now is real cars, I used to Race RC cars (still do) i race many scales and types of cars From on road1/10ths to on road 1/5ths scale and also 1/8th off road. I have entered a couple comps before and won a couple trophies, In 2003 i came second in the UK in my class in the Kyosho world cup. also been to France to race as well witch was pretty good.

i dabble in abit of football, really getting into my snowboarding and am aiming to get back into surfing this year. cars is the main one though!

i do alot of shooting, clay pigeons and vermin.
it is real handy coz ma mini is on the farm i shoot at :)

other than cars i am really in to riding push bikes, any style really, i have 4 bikes lol!
mostly riding dirt jumps and skateparks at the moment.
been riding for quite a while now, and i finally feel like i am getting good at it! lol..

also mess about on skateboards from time to time but riding is my main passion apart from cars.

used to skate, but the more i got into cars and the more uni work mounted up the less i went skating, hardly ever go now and when i do im rusty as hell :) so really its jsut cars these days.

My Mini build diary

do lots of shooting mainly target of all sorts of varity, some vermin shooting and hoping 2 get in 2 clays, also ride bikes wen i can b arsed

Art, Design, Web design, Animation, Play guitar, DJ. Never did anything mechanicaly until about a year and a half ago, ecept for Technic Lego, Meccano and RC cars. lol

In the 13's at last!.. Just

What about pension day?

I used to ride and do quite a bit of down hill/x country but my body ant taking it now more :( 24 and I'm banana'ed haha too many broken bones

woow another pushbike fan, i like dirtjumping trials and street, i havent done anyof them for quite a while though and i really miss riding since breaking my leg :(, apart from working on cars and riding i dont know what else i would class as a hobby, i geuss watching smutty porn would be one as isnt a hobby somthing you enjoy joking on that one.

I used to do a lot of rock climbing until one of the tendons in my hand decided it had had enough back in October, I'm slowly starting to get back into it but it's not much fun when you have to take it easy.

I try an go snow boarding at least once a year, after fighting my board for a few years I've decided to accept it's useless off piste & in the park, and just enjoy it as a blooming quick piste board, only problem is I'm now spending most of my time on the lifts.

When I've got a bit of spare time, roll on the long summer evenings I try and do a bit of cross country on the bike.

All that means that I've forgotten what a pub looks like, socialising is a totally strange concept to me, and I've lost track how many years it's been since I was last in a night club.

i ride an xr400 and do alittle green laning but its hard to find places that are legal to ride spend most of my time lost looking at an os map lol

when i was a wee kid i used to do dirt riding, jumps n such, then went to BMX and didnt really do much on that, instead i went to skateboarding and was doing that for years untill college really cos i started on the cars, been at it since (not that long tbh)
now its really rallying, the mini's...gona move to 205's soon as minis arent up to rallying competitivly
