Does anyone know the equation for a Marelli 3 bar map sensor.

I need to know what voltage it puts out at each psi

Cheers

Theory would say 5 divided by 44.1 multiplied by the psi you require

So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'...

Hi,
Instead of fitting another sensor why not tap the signal of the one already on the car?
Cheers,
Gavin :)

If your trust you boost gauge it would be pretty easy to test it / calibrate it using a bike pump.

Bat, I am using the single map sensor.

Iain, I'll have a look in the software later

Pretty sure most sensors top out around 4.75 volts. I dont think they go quite to 5 volts.

And likewise, they dont start at 0 either.

Best way is to check manually....

or perhaps ask over on Passionford etc.

Here is what my DTA has applied in its software for various sensors according to DTA.

GM 3 bar
