Where's the best place to buy injector O rings? Is it the sort of thing most motor factors would do? There for Bosch injectors.

Also has anyone experienced swelling of the O rings at all, or is this what generally happens over time?

Cheers
Matt

Hi,
They're usually a bit oversize, a smidgen of grease will ease them back in *wink*

Yeah ive tried grease and they won't go back in! *oh well*

One of the O ring was leaking, for some reason one injector location is looser than the others, so im hoping a new O ring will sort it out. Ive also manged to take a nick out of one of the others when putting it back in! *blush*

Are they made out of Kalrez?

Those ones are Viton? Never seen them on injectors before!

I went round god knows how many places today and no luck! *frown*

I only really need 1 or 2 as only one injector is leaking, for some reason its fit is not quite as snug as the rest? *oh well*

Lol..imagine the mess if I didn't use lube! *laughing*

Turns out my O rings aren't too bad its the clips that retain the injectors that are the problem, not holding the injector in tight enough! *oh well*
