Me again ! Okay so the car runs fine at full beans and part throttle but when im lifting off the exh sounds like its fluttering and it runs like a bitch at idle plug fouling erratic idling etc is it because of the decomp plate to low a compression? its a vanden plas engine 1275 high comp. Any suggestions?

what rpm is it idleing at? i used to fix this problem by making it idle higher lol

900 Youre the second person to say that apparently its something to do with the air after the carb condensing and the fuel running back down into carb from supercharger inlet . and to be honest there is always fuel in casing of k+n Um coincidence i think not !! whats a good rpm 1000-1100?

Hi,
Choke seals could be the problem here, they leak internally causing overfuelling.
