MG Metro Distributor to Turbo

I understand that the advance curve is different in the MG metro Distributor to the turbo one. Is it possible to buy the weights and springs to convert mine to turbo spec?

I would also be intrested in buying a turbo distrubtor if this is the quick option.

Have you concidered Megajolt? far more versatile.

Yeas you'd just need to swap the parts over or a complete dizzy will drop straight in.
However if you plan on lowering the compression or changing cams or upping the boost MJ will be much better. I'd go as far as to say you could improve a std engine with MJ

Megajolt seems very intresting, but as the sun is shining i want to get the car on the road, plus i have spent enough on the bodywork so need to allow bank account to recover at least until the winter.

Old fashioned distrubtor will do for this summer
