Excuse my ignorance but do all t2 turbos have the same stud pattern i.e fiesta rs turbo will be the same as a renualt 5 turbo. What i mean is if i go for a t2 turbo then does it matter which one when buying an adaptor plate to go from t3 to t2. Does that make sense?

Lowestoft, Suffolk.

IIRC the ford fiesta T2 has a few casting differences to the R5? I may be wrong tho!!

All T2s have the same stud pattern, but there other differences between the different T2s.

Hi,
Nope, the Fester one is a 3 stud in a triangular pattern compared to the 4 stud R5 IIRC.
Cheers,
Gavin :)

So are the conversion adaptors made to go from t3 to a specific t2?

Hi,
Yeah it's made for the 4 bolt flange, so Rover Tomcat T25 or R5 T2. Possibly others, Nissan T25 ...
Cheers,
Gavin :)
