hello
just fitted fuel pressure gauge and run it up the road
on tick over I set it at 4 psi, when on boost which ive set at 5 psi the fuel pressure goes off the gauge Whig has 15 psi on it is this normal

yes, it rises with boost, i.e. it should stay 4 psi over the boost level (i think)

Whatever you set it to at idle is the amount it should stay above the boost pressure. So set to 4psi at idle it should rise to 9psi if you're running 5psi of boost.

I know it rises by 4 psi over the boost but as I said the boost was set at about 5 psi but the needle on the fuel pressure gauge went of the gauge and that had got 15 psi on it both fuel pressure and boost gauges are new what do you all think

I think it will be overfuelling at the fuel pressure is rising too high.

What size bore is the return pipe?

the return line is 8mm just seems funny came back from rolling road last week end and he told me it was running extreemly lean
